Delivery Details: Quick peek before you buy!

• Manhattan City limits only! If you're outside the lines, we'll pivot to a pickup or a refund.

• We deliver Mon-Sat, usually between 2-4pm. Need a more specific estimate? Just ask!

• Order before 2:00 pm for same-day delivery; later orders go out the next day.

• Give us the inside scoop! Drop-off spots, door codes, or any other deets to help us stick the landing. Leave any special instructions in the "notes" section of your order.

Nobody home? If weather allows it, we'll tuck them in a shady spot - if not we'll bring them back to HQ (no apartment hallways, sorry!). We'll leave a tag so the recipient knows we missed them. Round two costs a tiny bit extra!
