1. Scope

This policy covers the Claude MCP application, a private internal integration used exclusively by Acme Global Industries Inc. to access its own QuickBooks Online accounting data.

2. Data Collected

The application does not collect data from any external users, because it has no external users. It accesses only the Company's own accounting records (transactions, accounts, vendors, customers, and reports) through Intuit's QuickBooks Online API.

3. Storage and Security

OAuth credentials are stored locally on Company-controlled devices. Accounting data is processed transiently for bookkeeping purposes and is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.

4. Third Parties

Data flows only between the Company's systems and Intuit's QuickBooks Online API. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Access can be revoked at any time via QuickBooks Online connected app settings, which invalidates all tokens. Locally stored credentials can be deleted by the Company at any time.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated as the internal application changes. The current version is maintained at this URL.
