End User License Agreement

1. Nature of the Application
Claude MCP is a private, internal-use software integration operated by Acme Global Industries Inc. ("the Company") solely to connect the Company's own QuickBooks Online data to AI-assisted bookkeeping tools used by the Company. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to any third party.
2. License
Use of this application is limited to the Company and its authorized personnel. No license, right, or permission of any kind is granted to any other person or entity. Any access by anyone other than authorized Company personnel is prohibited.
3. Data
The application accesses only the Company's own QuickBooks Online company data, under credentials owned and controlled by the Company. No third-party or customer data is collected, processed, or stored by the application.
4. No Warranty
The application is provided for internal use as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
Because the application is internal-only and has no external users, the Company assumes all responsibility for its use and disclaims liability to any third party to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Services
The application interacts with Intuit QuickBooks Online via Intuit's published APIs and is subject to Intuit's applicable terms of service. Nothing in this agreement modifies the Company's obligations to Intuit.
7. Termination
The Company may discontinue the application at any time. Access may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA.
