If you have any special delivery requests, please write it in notes at checkout.
Once a delivery is attempted, if there was no answer then we leave a "surprise" door tag and the arrangement gets returned to the store for pick up. If you would like us to attempt a second delivery, it will be at an additional delivery fee.
If the weather is nice on your delivery day, we would love to leave it on the porch. Please leave a note at checkout or call to let us know if it is okay to leave the arrangement behind.
