- Local deliveries only within Manhattan City limits; outside orders will be refunded or switched to pickup.

Available Monday - Saturday, typically arriving between 2:00 and 4:00. Contact us for precise estimates.

Order before 2:00 pm for same-day delivery; later orders go out the next day.

Please include specific delivery instructions in your order notes, such as preferred drop-off locations (e.g., front desk or office) or necessary details for hospital deliveries (e.g., recipient status and department).
If no one is home, we will either leave the arrangement in a safe, shady spot (weather permitting) or return it to the store. We are unable to leave deliveries outside of apartment doors. If we cannot leave your flowers, we will tie a tag to the door. Next-day re-delivery is available for an additional fee.
